Program Name

Jam Systems LLC Personal Automation Notifications

Description

Livebase is a personal automation system operated by Jam Systems LLC that sends operational SMS messages to the system owner. Messages may include two-factor authentication codes, system alerts, deployment status notifications, and personal summary digests.

Frequency

Message frequency varies based on system activity. Typical volume is fewer than 30 messages per recipient per month.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates from your mobile provider apply to all messages sent and received. Jam Systems LLC does not charge for messages, but your wireless carrier may.

Opt-In

Recipients are limited to phone numbers belonging to the system operator or phone numbers that have provided explicit opt-in via system configuration. No third-party recipients are messaged.

Opt-Out — HELP and STOP

• Reply STOP at any time to immediately and permanently unsubscribe from all SMS messages from this program. You will receive one final confirmation message.
• Reply HELP at any time for assistance.

To re-subscribe after opting out, the system operator must reconfigure your phone number in the Jam Systems LLC system.

Carriers

Carrier support: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Virgin Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and other major carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this service.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
